About
Art has always been my secret sanctuary—something sacred, existing beyond language. After two decades in the corporate world, I returned to my art, and it became not only a creative practice, but a form of meditation and healing. My work reflects what cannot be seen: the quiet stillness beneath thought, the beauty beyond form, the pulse of presence itself.
Exhibitions
Selected works on continuing display at Waverly Gallery & Frame, Ellicott City, Maryland. Past exhibitions include a dual-season showing at Awaken Wellness, Columbia, Maryland, where paintings lived alongside the practice space, deepening the relationship between art, meditation and movement.
Process
The process unfolds through flow. Nothing is constructed or controlled—what appears does so through quiet allowing, guided from the same source from which the work arises. Time dissolves. The sense of self falls away, and the painting moves without intention or effort, revealing the spirit within the subject.
