How long does shipping take?
Original paintings and high-value items typically ship within 5-7 business days. Fine art prints and smaller items ship within 3-5 business days. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on destination.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer worldwide shipping via tracked courier services. High-value items (originals, limited editions, commissions) include VAT collected at checkout where applicable. Lower-cost items like calendars may ship DAP, with local VAT and duties handled by the customer on delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a purchase?
Due to the custom nature of original artwork, original paintings are final sale. Fine art prints may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they arrive damaged. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item.
Authenticity & Certificates
Do original paintings come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all original paintings include a signed certificate of authenticity.

Do you accept commission requests?
